Turkuaz — Restaurant in Milan

Disgusting food!! Waited over 20 minutes for the food and they served it COLD and frozen. Their food are frozen and they microwave their food.

We ordered Adana kebab and kofte, the color of the meat was very light (either old meat or pork). When we asked what kind of meat, they lied that it was lamb, but lamb dosnt smells old. We payed almost 30 Euro and throw away the food and now I feel sick.

I don’t recommend anyone go here, if you don’t want eat old meat...

Ciao a tutti oggi , dopo un po' di tempo che mi avevqno consigliato questo posto , sono riuscito a passare ed assaggiare la loro cucina. si è limitato ad un bel piatto di kebap completo da portar via. davvero ottimo , delicato , prodotto fresco , senza fronzoli ma davvero i sapori e la consistenza della cucina casalinga di casa. ottima. unico posto dove finora viene inserito nella combinazione ( ho preso da asporto ) comprendeva del riso penso si chiami pilaf che vedo piuttosto tradizionale della zona caucasica. davvero buono , leggero e non pesante pur con porzione abbondante giusta ne poca ne troppa. e dove non proposta la solita patata surgelata fritta, ma qualcosa di tradizionale vero. nel posto o situazione del pasto nella pausa lavoro tanto più ti avvicini alla cucina di casa e tanto più è buono. son curioso di assaggiare il kebap di agnello. una domanda al proprietario/cuoco sarei curioso di assaggiare il Kokoreç mai visto a milano le interiora sono davvero buonissime. e l'Ayran fresco e spumoso che deve esser molto dissetante dicono a Istanbul tanti baracchini lo preparano. ...
