VegAmore — Restaurant in Milan

Was quite excited to eat here after seeing all the great reviews but to be honest it didn’t meet our expectations… We did go before they had began serving dinner so the owner did kindly serve us before which was lovely as we only had 30 minutes to eat something.

But to choose 3 items off the menu for $11 is a bit steep, the quality of the food wasn’t great at all, was served lukewarm with some bread as a ‘freebie’ but was extremely stale… we did mention this and were told it was ‘fresh’ that day. I find this hard to believe.

Lovely coffees served here but this was also almost cold lol

If you go at peak time I can imagine it would be better. But the quality of the food, personally, I didn’t think was great. It should be served hot, and ‘fill a plate’ for €15 so you can try all of the...

It's the worst vegan restaurant I tasted in my life. Just a list of things that are terrible;

*no proper toilet *food is on cardboard plates even though you pay 12€ *you have to pay the price of mineral water for tap water *we waited 40 mins to get our appetizers *Everything is reheated, nothing is fresh.

Now about the taste of food: *The quiche is barely salted and the dough was soggy *everything with tofu isn't spiced. *the burger had a strong taste of vinegar.

I have to say, the tiramisu was nice, the comments are correct.

This is clearly one of those vegan restaurant that wouldn't stay 6 months in business if it wasn't vegan. There are nicer vegan restaurant in Milan, do yourself a favor...

There was a good variety of daily dishes! We could choose a menu with 3 of the many options to fill our plate and the prices are among the most affordable in Milan. We ordered baked potatoes with mushrooms, spring roll, gratinated cabagge, russian salad, roll with veggies and mixed grains potpie. We shared everything as you can see. Everything was tasty and we really loved the first 3! We also ordered tiramisu and a pastry with hazelnut chocolate cream (both amazing!).
