Very helpful staff, one of whom went over to a neighbouring shop (roadhouse) to get some fries for us. Ordering is done at a touchscreen which explains all the options, really easy to use with photos of everything. Once ordered you wait for your food to be prepared. We went at peak time on a Saturday and we waited around 15 mins which was reasonable. I guess it would even be possible to visit a shop or two while waiting. One of the worst places I’ve ever been in my life. The guy that worked today 3 September 2025 in the evening was mean and very unprofessional. He was screaming at me for not picking up the food “in time”. I had an emergency and he was screaming at me and then told me to walk away. The food was horrible. Not worth the money at all....

Il locale è carino e quello che propongono potrebbe essere un'alternativa, servizio ahimè scadente molto scadente! Soprattutto quando paghi dei supplementi che non vengono inseriti e con molta saccenza e sbuffo ti fanno capire che fosse per loro mangeresti quello, il personale di quella sera era imbarazzante, un ragazzo che non aveva la più pallida idea di come muoversi e una ragazza bionda e tatuata di una scorbutica assurda, che giusto per completare l'opera non solo non si è nemmeno scusata (anche con un provvedo subito) ma ha pure lanciato i burrito sul vassoio manco fossimo cani, mi spiace ma parte del personale è da rivedere, capisco la noia di lavorare la domenica, ma la ristorazione è così, se non avete voglia lasciate spazio a chi ha veramente...
