We recently visited this Italian restaurant, and at first, the dining experience was very enjoyable. The staff were very friendly, spoke fluent English, and always checked to make sure our needs were met. We particularly enjoyed the local appetizers and pastaāboth were excellent, and the prices were very reasonable.
However, we ordered a set menu for 25ā¬, which was stated on the menu to include Primo (two kinds of pasta) and the "EntrecĆ“te alla grigliaā. But we didnāt receive the EntrecĆ“te at allā¦
After finishing the meal, we asked the waiter why the EntrecĆ“te wasnāt served, and he told us that the set menu only included Primo, no EntrecĆ“te. (Apparently, the menu list it clearly it is with the āEntrecĆ“teāā¦)We actually didnāt receive the caffĆØ from the menu set either but we donāt mind this anymore, what happened already left us feeling very disappointed, even somewhat cheated.
For a restaurant being family-owned, this lack of clarity was a significant letdown for us. We originally had a very high impression of the restaurantās food and service,( we really liked it at the beginningā¦) but this experience made us feel like our trust was misplaced. We hope this was just a misunderstanding.
Very sad unfortunately. Was supposed to be a perfect dinnerā¦.

Thank you for your prompt response and for acknowledging the issue. We appreciate your honesty and explanation. While we understand that unusual circumstances can happen, we still felt misled as customers, as the restaurant only offered this one set menu, and this was particularly puzzling since we had already received the appetizers and first course, yet the second course is missingā¦
Unfortunately, we do not live nearby, so we wonāt be able to return in the near future. However, we hope that this feedback helps improve communication between the kitchen and service team to avoid similar situations in the future.
Despite this experience, we enjoyed the food and the friendly service. We also appreciate your willingness to address the issue, and we wish you all the best...

The secondi was a steak which is one of the best in Italy's considering the price. A good cut, and it was medium rare. Which is how a steak should be! FĆørst kom der fem forskellige antipasti, som alle var friske og lƦkre, den rĆøgede svƦrdfisk skal lige fremhƦves, men alt var "spot on" SĆ„ fik vi perfekt risotto med zucchini og rejer. Den fiskefond der var brugt til retten var sĆ„ lƦkker... Wow SĆ„ kom husets spaghetti med friske tomater og rejer. Perfekt al dente pasta og smagfuld sauce. Som hovedret var der scaloppine al limone eller Entrecote... her var bĆøffen helt suverƦn og slog al limonen. Maden og servicen er helt utrolig god!
