Two sisters have embarked on a mission to recreate the original cuisine of their mother and grandmother.

Here we find a very cute little restaurant in the middle of the square in Monopoli.

This restaurant presents various dishes as small tapas plates, but also as plate dishes and small starters.

Everything is homemade and tastes divine. When I eat here, I often think of my mother and my grandmother. The latter probably eats with me a lot when I sit and eat here. ❤️❤️❤️❤️

This cuisine thrives on powerful-tasting regional products, originality and a lot of love in the preparation. 🤜🤛✌️👍

We also find a bar here with coffee and cookies and delicious drinks, draft beer and tasty spirits.

Qui troviamo un ristorantino molto carino in mezzo alla piazza di Monopoli.

Questo ristorante presenta vari piatti come piccoli piatti di tapas, ma anche come piatti al piatto e piccoli antipasti.

Tutto è fatto in casa e ha un sapore semplicemente divino. Quando mangio qui penso spesso a mia madre e a mia nonna. Quest'ultimo probabilmente mangia spesso con me quando mi siedo qui e mangio! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Questa cucina si basa sul gusto potente dei prodotti regionali, sull'originalità e su tanto amore nella preparazione. 🤜🤛✌️👍

2 Schwestern haben sich auf eine Mission begeben und die originale Küche wie bei Mamma und Großmutter zu bestätigen.

Wir finden hier eine sehr süsses kleines Lokal mitten am Platz in Monopoli.

Dieses Lokal präsentiert verschiedene Gerichte als kleine Tapas Teller, aber auch als Tellergerichte und kleine Vorspeisen.

Alles ist hausgemacht und schmeckt einfach göttlich gut. Wenn ich hier essen gehe, dann denke ich oft an meine Mutter und meine Großmutter. Letztere isst bestimmt oft mit mir zusammen, wenn ich hier sitze und esse! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Diese Küche lebt von den kraftvoll schmeckenden regionalen Produkten, der Originalität und ganz viel Liebe bei der Zubereitung. 🤜🤛✌️👍

Ebenfalls finden wir hier eine Bar mit Kaffe & Keksen und leckeren Drinks, gezapftem Bier und leckeren Spirituosen.

After the whole day of walking and struggling, we found this excellent and lovely restaurant. We found it by accident, on the way to some other place. The restaurant caught our attention, we stopped for a second and eventually stayed for a little longer : ) the waiter took care of us, she sat with us at the table and described every position from the menu in three different languages! And also of course answered all our questions. We ate a few different, delicious, not only traditional dishes. To be honest we have to recommend every one of them and we are pretty sure that the rest of the menu is also unimaginable tasty. People working in this place are incredibly kind. If you visit Monopoli you definitely have to visit this restaurant too!

We visited Cime di Tapas in Monopoli as a group of six adults and one child – and everything was top-notch, especially considering the price.

The atmosphere was cozy and relaxed, and the restaurant delivered truly delicious food with just the right service. We shared a variety of small plates along with some rosé wine, and everything felt carefully prepared with attention to both flavor and presentation.

It’s a small place where the kitchen clearly cares about what they serve, and where guests are genuinely looked after. We paid around €120 for all of us – eating and drinking just the right amount without going overboard – and it suited our evening perfectly.
