Thank you for your reply. Just to clarify – my comment was not about your restaurant being ‘cheap’ or not. I fully understand and respect that quality comes at a price, and I have no problem paying more for great food and drinks. My low rating was specifically because the Piña Colada I received was not served as a proper cocktail but rather as a shot – both in terms of portion size and the glass it came in.

According to the International Bartenders Association (IBA), a Piña Colada should be served in a hurricane-style glass, with a creamy blended texture, and typically amounts to around 230–300 ml. We were there yesterday night and everything was amazing! The whole staff look after customers, is ready to give suggestion on plates and always very kind even when very busy like yesterday. The cover charges is 3 Euro that could sounds quite high but if you consider that they don't use paper covers but cottons, refill your bread basket as soon as it goes empty and also give you the wet lemon napkins to clean your hands after eating fish..it's amazing. Speaking of the food and the prize, we ordered a good bottle of Greco Di tufo, a starter (pepata di cozze), 2 mains, 2 seconds (grigliata and frittura), 2 desserts (please try the Tiramisu, especially if you're from abroad, here you will eat the REAL tiramisu)and 2 coffee for 95 Euro. We will never come here again. Don’t be fooled by the awesome view and nice atmosphere… the service was terrible, and the staff were extremely rude.

We waited 20 minutes to be served before having to get a menu ourselves and then waited another 20 minutes before calling a waiter over after blatantly ignoring us multiple times. She then got our very simple order incorrect. The drinks are also extremely expensive for what they are.

It just goes to show how important the quality of customer service is for a business, as well as the importance of enthusiastic staff who atleast greet their customers with a kind smile and hello - something we definitely didn’t experience here.
