This restaurant was amazing. The service was impeccable, we were greeted by the most kind gentleman, who made sure our dinner was flawless. The food was delicious, we had antipasti and for the main course the lobster with pasta. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection, we truly enjoyed every bite of it. The atmosphere and design of the restaurant were beautiful, even the table setting looks like it was curated by a designer. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you are in Monopoli it would be a shame not to taste the delicacies of this restaurant. The best restaurant we tried in Monopoli. The slow-cooked octopus was amazing. The wines were interesting, they also havr naturals, the entres also great. We did not go this time for the tasting menu, as we were not hungry, but the next time we will defo take it. Compared to similarly priced pretentious but eather low quality food in the city center and the beach area, this restaurant was a gust of fresh air. It alreay exceeds a number of michelin bin restaurants in Mediterranean region and is far away of michelin one star restaurants in germany (at least in frankfurt and karlsruhe). I wish I can give more positive review. I feel everything was wrong for us. Overall the degustation menu took more than 3 hours - for 5 courses meal, in my opinion its too long since most of the food was not cooked except the main food (risoto) which took more than hour to get. From the overall experience I just remember a lot of bread…one of the table that came after us took also the degustation menu got their food earlier than us.
