Ryo sushi restaurant — Restaurant in Monza

Worst service at a restaurant I have ever had. My mother and I stopped in to this place for dinner last night. When we walked in we politely asked if any of the servers spoke english, we are in italy so I dont expect someone too. My italian is very limited, but we stood in the entrance for 20 minutes before we got a table. While 5 or 6 didfferent groups came in and were immediately seated. I ordered beer with our entrée and it took a half hour for them to simply grab one out of the cooler and bring it to the table. After an additional 15 minutes we recieved our first sushi rolls. EVERYTHING they brought us was wrong. Even though we pronounced everything correctly and even pointed to them on the menu. After we finished the first rolls we orded another one and it took another 45 mins to get it. All while the tables around us were getting fast, attentive service. We were there for almost 2 hours and got 2 rolls and a bowl of soup between the two of us for all you can eat. After getting so irritated with the service that I got up to pay the bill, they overcharged...

Serata a dir poco sconcertante! Premettendo che sulla bontà del cibo non si può troppo criticare (tutto buono a parte le fritture molto pesanti) è stata una serata a dir poco assurda. Siamo arrivati al locale alle 20.30 (sabato sera), hanno iniziato a servirci alle 21.15 (solo 3 piatti su 7, gli altri sono arrivati a distanza di altri 15 minuti) e hanno "finito" di servirci alle 23.40 non portandoci nemmeno tutti i piatti richiesti, confondendoli con altri o dimenticandoseli proprio e addirittura abbiamo atteso 3 bottiglie d'acqua per più di mezz'ora.. Il top è stato raggiunto quando dopo un'ora che non arrivava più un piatto alcuni clienti del locale, compresa una nostra amica, si sono alzati e sono andati fino alla cucina a prendere i piatti iniziando a servirli agli altri malcapitati clienti che aspettavano invani di mangiare (i piatti in cucina erano gia pronti ed erano freddissimi, sintomo del fatto che erano stati preparati già da molto ma non erano stati serviti). Il culmine è stato raggiunto quando al momento di pagare la padrona oltre a non scusarsi ci ha fatto, solo dopo una discussione di 10 minuti, 20 euro di sconto sul totale. L'impressione che ho avuto è che a tratti facessero apposta a servire lentamente per far mangiare meno i clienti o per fargli passare l'appetito e ridurre i costi che gli comporta un all you can eat. Per quanto mi riguarda non credo che ci tornerò mai più e data la completa disorganizzazione sconsiglio di andarci, soprattutto a cena dal venerdì alla domenica. Può essere che sia stato solo un caso ma la scortesia e il trattamento ricevuto mi inducono a pensare che...

I would say it’s a fantastic restaurant! I ordered a hotel and checked the sushi around me, and then I went to this sushi restaurant. The environment outside is so good because there is a river. The decorations are good as well. The price is worthy. The staff doesn’t speak English, however, they are patient, they were trying their best to use translate APP to explain what they mean.
