SAINT St. Germain — Restaurant in Monza

The place is in the very heart of the city, the old part of Monza, right in front of Duomo. The place on itself is beautiful and pictures. And it deserves to be visited just for that. But it’s not just that: the dishes, the presentation is just amazing. We loved it from the very start. Everything is so tasty, and served in a very elegant way. Ho visitato il bar SAINT con grande entusiasmo, attirato dalla promessa di una vista spettacolare sul Duomo di cui avevo sentito parlare. Senza dubbio, la vista non mi ha deluso affatto. Gli occhi si perdevano nella maestosità dell'architettura gotica e il panorama era davvero suggestivo.

Tuttavia, devo ammettere che sono rimasto deluso dalla varietà dei prodotti offerti. Appena seduto al tavolo, ho iniziato a consultare il menù sperando di assaporare una deliziosa crema al caffè e una gustosa briosche al pistacchio, ma per mia sorpresa, entrambi gli articoli non erano disponibili. Era un peccato perché ero molto incuriosito dalla briosche al pistacchio, in particolare, e mi aspettavo di sperimentare qualcosa di unico.

Nonostante la vista mozzafiato, l'esperienza gastronomica ha lasciato un po' a desiderare. Mi auguro che il bar SAINT possa prendere in considerazione questo feedback e ampliare la gamma di prodotti disponibili per soddisfare le diverse preferenze dei clienti. Sarebbe fantastico avere una maggiore scelta di delizie locali per accompagnare la bellezza del panorama.

Inoltre, ho notato un servizio al tavolo non sempre tempestivo, che ha contribuito a diminuire leggermente l'atmosfera generale. Un servizio più attento e tempestivo potrebbe sicuramente migliorare l'esperienza complessiva dei clienti.

Nonostante queste criticità, voglio sottolineare che il bar SAINT ha un enorme potenziale grazie alla posizione privilegiata e alla vista panoramica unica. Spero che, in futuro, riescano a valorizzare appieno questa risorsa, offrendo un'esperienza più completa e soddisfacente per tutti...

Been here often, since it’s a great environment in front of the Cathedral and the food and staff is nice. A bit costly, but worth to pay. It’s a bit on the posher side of Monza, but either Aperitif or Dinner, both worth. Most of the waitress are super nice and helpful, English not a problem. The cheese plate, and the fresh shrimp pasta are great! The red wine could be better, seems the bottle are long opened or not appropriate kept, or just not perfectly matching my taste 😉Will...
