Agressive and dishonest people. They charged us for service, without mentioned when we arrived. We ordered the house red wine, as it appeared that the waitress did not quite well understand, I pointed out on the menu along with the price. After finish dinner, we wait long time for the bill, ask several times for it, as they did not bring it, we stand up from the table and walk, ask again for the bill and and men ( the owner maybe) rudely ask us to get inside the building, they overchraged us, when I reply the owner aggresively stand that we have ordered a bottle of wine that we did not know, and certainly did not order. After he getting agresive I pull out my phone and start recording, the men and a young waitress started to get more agressive. Get out the building to record the front of the bussines, the waitress started to kicking me in several ocassion. And old woman (maybe her mom, waitress too) try to calm her down, she was the only one of them who remained calm in all the struggle, girl keep tried to fighting with me. Then the men, as outside other clients saw what was happening, start to say that it was me who attack the waitress, but I have them in video :)

We paid the bill. NEVER EVER COME BACK...

I came here for lunch today and left with very mixed feelings. First I got the table that was pushed right next to service station which meant that staff was reaching for cutlery and other things through me, and several times they banged my chair whilst opening the drawer. Food wise, I was looking for a gluten free option so my choice was limited and after some back and forth I got grilled squid and asked for some mixed salad. Squid was huge and tasted like rubber. Salad was nice, especially because of excellent tomatoes. I could barely eat squid so I asked for an extra tomato and that was the only thing I really enjoyed. I saw how other guests who spoke Italian were treated super nice by staff, they were chatted to, musician was singing to them and sharing jokes. I felt like I was a nuisance for staff. Final bill made me feel ripped off. So I feel that if you speak Italian and don’t have issues with gluten you may love this place - as for me, would never...

Well, the worst experience we ever had - in Napoli and in the whole Italy as well. The place looked nice (the lightbulbs, hats, Maradona flags…), so we decided to give it a try. The stuff was slow and non-effective, running around and not knowing what to do. Then we waited 1 hour 50 minutes (not kidding) for pasta with potatoes and cheese and when this dish was served (small portion, not very good looking, taste 4/10) they started to ask what was the second food ordered, so while I ate, my partner just stared at me… we realized we would have to wait another hour for his food, so we wanted to left to money for the one meal and drinks (and even 4 euros more than these things should cost according to the menu) and suddenly the stuff appeared asking for 5 more euros “for the service”. That left me in shock, since the “service” was worse than bad, so we refused and walked away. Really cant recomment this place and dont understand how their behaviour can...

The service was very quick and the food was great. I had gone with 2 other family members and we ordered a pizza fritta, mussel soup, a tuna dish, and a cod dish. Then for dessert we had crostata and torta caprese. The food was all cooked and seasoned very well. The prices are a little high but it is in a very tourist part of town and the service, atmosphere, and very good food make it worth it. The lemon chello and grappa was very good as well. If you were to get a pizza and a beer or a single glass of wine you can spend less than 15 euros but if you wish to eat/drink more you will get to the 20-30 range. We spent in the 20-30 range so that is why my choice as is.
