Blue Turtle caffetteria — Restaurant in Naples

You know people often give 5* for what was an acceptable experience. Like ... 3* feels like a fail, especially when to cut through the noise you often have to filter out anything under 4... 4.5??

5* should be ... I will FIGHT to get myself back here. I will walk halfway across the city to visit.

In that respect... Carlo is 5*. You should drop everything and come here. If your husband or wife is nagging you about visiting some pizza restaurant or a museum. Divorce them immediately and come here.

One of the best coffee experiences I have ever had. Just to stop in, sit at the bar, ,talk coffeebollocks, share stories and be taken on a journey. He laughed at my water habits, I (secretly) enjoyed the "Naples temperature" ceramic (!)

A HIDDEN GEM Unfortunately, it is literally a hidden gem because to access the café you first have to find the small (hidden) alley it is located in. Once found, you will enter a place with: extraordinary specialty coffee which is relatively rare in Naples…you can even choose between different beans and by that explore the exciting flavors coffee can have ;) excellent and pleasant jazz music and cozy lighting a very kind barista with great service and many more good things such as cake etc. Long story (made) short: go there, enjoy an awesome cup of coffee and listen to relaxing vinyls :) what more...

The place is very unique and quite hidden, but in the best location of Naples! The owner Carlo is very passionated about his job and it’s obvious from the entrance. I highly recommend this place! You can ask for cappuccino in a milk that you prefer and he said sometimes even there’re lactose free sweets. Today I tried sweet from Palestine and my Arabic friends told me it’s 100% real Palestinian taste, also what it’s important all sweets are not exaggerated with sugar!
