Would have given 0 if there was a chance...staff was rude, unpolite, and with an absolute lack of manners. I approached them with my refil bottle of water and they did not even let me talk saying the water fountain was next to the toilets...I asked them if there was a chance I could get some tap water as the fountain was not working...they replied saying it was not their fault and that if they wanted to refill the bottles of water for everyone it would have kept them busy for the entire day. At that point I just said that nobody denies water to a human being and the lady looked at me as if she was disgusted by me keeping talking and said with quite an attitude 'come on give me the bottle'. I kindly refused saying that I would have tried someone nicer and wished her a good day. In a world where is no space for kindness customers are just numbers and I do not like...

Horrible horrible place. Rude staff. Over priced food that doesn't even taste nice.

Don't go there unless you are dying of hunger and thirst. The staff are so pushy. It almost feels like a crime if you are browsing to see what you want or to even take a moment to thing. Asking a question is asking for sighs and shrugs from the staff that clearly don't have any knowledge about customer service.

The food is cold. At least what we got was cold. I am guessing the paninis that go in the grill are warm enough. Very boring bland food that is over prices. You have to pay for orange juice and hot drinks apart. Adding to the frustration since the staff at the bar are equally pushy and rude. 10 euros for two SMALL orange juices. When I say small. I mean small. Tables are not cleaned on a regular basis. Food...

I stood at the food counter for about five minutes and no one asked me what I wanted. They’re all too busy arguing with each other. It wasn’t clear whether you ordered the coffee in one place in the food in another. When I went to order the coffee, people are all standing up at the counter drinking their coffee and there was no room to order it

I asked for two things at the food counter and the woman pointed where I had to pay. I went over to pay and the woman at the said what have you had? I said you better ask your colleague I don’t know.
