McDonald's Napoli Aeroporto — Restaurant in Naples

This was by far the worst mcdonalds I have ever come across. Decided to get a meal here before our plane departure, which was one of the worst decisions on my part. After paying the extremely high prices, the food looked horrible. The fries were cold, the burger I got was soaked in stale grease and somehow they even made the post-mix iced tea tase horrible. Which wouldve made this just a bad dining experience, but after arriving home I got the worst stomache-ache of my life. Spent the whole night throwing up the residues of this meal. Mind you this was the only meal i ate that day since I didnt eat anything else after this because of the food poisoning. Please avoid this place at all cost and I hope hygiene shuts this place down...

Prices are high, which is expected at an airport. There are no self-service kiosks to order food — a big downside, since staff might add items to your order that you could easily overlook. There's also no screen at the counter showing your full order, which led to some issues: they didn’t ask about portion size and automatically gave me a large one (if you tell them in advance you want a medium, it's fine — but not everyone knows this).

They charged me for 6 nuggets instead of 9, and forgot to include the sauces. Though, to be fair, they gave me the sauces without any fuss when I pointed it out.

All in all, if you don’t have any other options, it’s not the worst place — just be attentive...

Englisch: “The staff wasn’t the friendliest, but understandable since they seemed annoyed by the huge number of people. My fries were cold when I got them, and the prices are higher compared to other countries, where it should actually be cheaper. Overall, just a bad experience. Better to go to another place.”

Deutsch: „Die Mitarbeiter waren nicht ganz so freundlich, was verständlich ist, da sie von den vielen Leuten genervt wirkten. Meine Pommes waren kalt, als ich sie bekam, und die Preise sind teurer als in anderen Ländern, wo es eigentlich günstiger sein sollte. Insgesamt eine schlechte Erfahrung. Geht lieber in einen anderen Laden.“

Französisch: « Le personnel n’était pas des plus sympathiques, mais c’est compréhensible car ils semblaient agacés par la foule. Mes frites étaient froides quand je les ai reçues, et les prix sont plus élevés que dans d’autres pays, où cela devrait être moins cher. Globalement, une mauvaise expérience. Mieux vaut aller ailleurs. »

Italienisch: « Il personale non era molto cordiale, ma è comprensibile visto che sembravano infastiditi dalla folla. Le mie patatine erano fredde quando le ho ricevute, e i prezzi sono più alti rispetto ad altri Paesi, dove dovrebbero essere più economici. In generale, è stata un’esperienza negativa. Meglio andare da un’altra parte. »

Griechisch: « Το προσωπικό δεν ήταν ιδιαίτερα φιλικό, κάτι που είναι κατανοητό, καθώς φαίνονταν ενοχλημένοι από τον μεγάλο αριθμό των ανθρώπων. Οι πατάτες μου ήταν κρύες όταν τις πήρα, και οι τιμές είναι υψηλότερες από ό,τι σε άλλες χώρες, όπου θα έπρεπε να είναι φθηνότερες. Συνολικά, μια κακή εμπειρία. Καλύτερα να πάτε κάπου αλλού. »

Portugiesisch: « Os funcionários não foram muito simpáticos, mas compreensível, já que pareciam irritados com a quantidade de gente. Minhas batatas fritas estavam frias quando as recebi, e os preços são mais altos em comparação com outros países, onde deveria ser mais barato. No geral, uma experiência ruim. Melhor ir a...
