Pizzeria Errico — Restaurant in Naples

Based on reviews we went there for a lunch in expectation of at least decent food for a good money.

Unfortunately, we were disappointed with our meal. I was served cold pasta with pesto that tasted like something I could have made at home. My partner ordered fried food, which turned out to be rather bland. Overall, the quality of the food felt mediocre, especially given the price point. To make matters worse, the pasta wasn't even listed with a price on the menu, which made us feel like we were overcharged. We expected a better experience.

Older reviews Foto from same pizza have 4x the amount of toppings. The pizza base tasted like old flour and resembled burnt flour more than anything else. It also had more olive oil than you'd find in pasta with an oil-based sauce. I'm not here to debate the price, but even if this pizza costing 8,50€ had been 4€, I would still have been disappointed. La gentilezza prima di tutto. Ed è l'elemento chiave che ci ha portato a gustare un'ottima pizza da questi ragazzi. Ieri eravamo a Napoli per assistere ad uno spettacolo a castel Sant'Elmo, che si trova proprio a due passi. Cercavamo parcheggio e abbiamo notato che si era appena liberato un posto proprio davanti la pizzeria. Io scendo dalla macchia per occuparlo ma uno dei proprietari del locale mi dice che purtroppo il posto serve per una persona che lavora con loro e che dovrà arrivare a breve. Torno in macchina dai miei amici per cercare un nuovo posto dove parcheggiare ed ecco che mi fa segno uno dei ragazzi della pizzeria per dirmi che posso metterla un pò più avanti, aiutandoci a parcheggiare, mettendosi completamente a disposizione. Insomma un gesto che in quel momento mi ha colpito tantissimo. E visto che eravamo perfettamente in orario per lo spettacolo, chiediamo ai ragazzi del locale se possono prepararci al volo una pizza, prima di avviarci al castello. Ci hanno sfornato la pizza in un tempo record. E che pizza! Ottimi gli ingredienti ma soprattutto è risultata leggerissima. Al ritorno dallo spettacolo ci hanno anche permesso di andare in bagno, insomma: "Fabio Errico 10 selezioni" meriterebbe la vostra visita solo per la gentilezza e la cortesia che ci hanno dimostrato che oggi forse è l'ingrediente raro che rende un locale davvero speciale.
