I live nearby and eat here regularly. The staff is very friendly, attentive, and speak good English for those that aren't fluent in Italian. The pizza is made in the old style and as good as you'll find anywhere in town from my experience. I usually order a margherita con bufala (margherita with buffalo mozzarella) as it is the most flavorful. You can get additional toppings, but it's simple perfection that doesn't need complexity (except a little more fresh basil!). To my fellow Americans, do NOT ask for pineapple or taco pizza. They will run you off the premises - and for good reason. Eat Neapolitan pizza while in Napoli, capisci? Also, I've seen some Italians complain on here about parking. Tell me where parking is NOT a problem in Napoli? Come on man! Do what everyone else does: Park where ever and however you want as long as you turn your hazard lights on, that somehow makes it ok. Anyway...this place is great, lots of food options, you can get a bottle of wine to go, and there's a really good gelato place next door if you really want to spoil yourself! Buon appetito!

This place was so good. The seafood pasta was my favorite seafood pasta dish I’ve ever had, and the pizza was exactly what we were hoping to get in this cute town. Everything tasted super fresh and full of flavor. The vibe was perfect, cozy, relaxed, and just really inviting. The staff was awesome, and the owner was so warm and welcoming. He guided us into the signature dishes and we are so glad we listened, because just it was all so yummy! They were also amazing with my kiddo, they were patient and made him feel welcomed. That alone earns extra stars in my book. If you’re in the area, don’t miss this spot. 10/10 will be back next time we make our way to Italy.

We went to Taverna e Pizzeria Giulia for lunch and were warmly welcomed by the friendly and attentive service. We opted for the fish and pasta dishes from the daily specials, and they were absolutely delicious. The dishes were freshly prepared, with well-balanced flavors and high-quality ingredients. Overall, a very tasty meal that we would love to have again. Bottom line: Highly recommended for a delicious lunch with great service and fresh daily specials.

We ate here a few days ago, as tourists. When we sat down, the owner immediately got to our table and told us that his restaurant was for the local. He also said he changes the menu every day, so they didn’t have one… He gave us only 3 pasta options to choose from. The gnocchi didn’t have any flavour and was just drowning in tomato sauce with no seasoning at all. The spaghetti was way too hard (even for al dente), the sauce didn’t have any flavour. And we asked for extra garlic, but to our surprise there was none… Then there was the owner, who was snapping his fingers at the staff and commanding them like soldiers. We felt like the staff wasn’t allowed to talk to us. When we asked for the bill through one of the staff members, the owner came to us and said we had to stay and couldn’t pay yet. After asking two more times we finally got the bill. When we went in to pay the bill, he begged for a good review. So,...
