Pizzeria Trattoria Ichnos — Restaurant in Olbia

Went to dinner on the last night of our holiday with my wife and her dad and mum. What a shocking experience overall. My wife's food arrived 15 minutes after everybody else's, Stone cold. By that point everybody had finished so we cancelled the order and sent the stone cold food back. The staff refused this and insisted on giving us the food, bagging it up to takeaway (we still didnt want it) We got the bill and they tried charging us for it we asked them to take it off (at this point my father in law had a cockroach on his arm to which the servers did nothing) eventually after telling them we were not paying for the food we didn't want they took it off. With poor attitude and no apology for anything. Shocking experience and a poor way to end a beautiful holiday to San Pantaleo (Cafe Zara is much much better)

And upon looking at the bill this morning we were also charged for items we never received but didn't notice as it was...

Having read all of the great reviews for this gaff our expectations were sadly not met. Three out of four diners received their meals whilst the 4th had to wait an extra 20 mins by which time everybody else had finished their meals. When the 4th meal arrived it was cold. We complained & said that we didn't want it replacing but the waiter insisted that we should have a replacement. As the customer we were totally ignored and they brought the replacement out in a takeaway bag. We said no thank you whilst the lady started flinging her arms around insisting we take it. Food is acceptable, experience is terrible

I normally never write reviews but I had to after this shocking experience! We chose this place because of the high rating, but its very much undeserved. We ordered pizzas and some drinks.  After finishing our pizza's but still enjoying our drinks, they asked us twice if we wanted dessert or coffee. As if this wasn't enough of a signal that we weren't welcome any longer, next they just brought us the bill out of the blue, even though we still hadn't got a chance to finish our drinks. Another five minutes later we were told that "they needed the table". If you want to have a nice sitdown this isn't the place to go, clearly a rushed...
