La Sùera San Pantaleo — Hotel in Olbia

Positives: The village of San Pantaleo is beautiful and the hotel is very central to this village. ⁠The amazing Andrea who serves breakfast every morning. He was by far the most helpful and most friendly employee inside the hotel.

Negatives: The rooms go for EUR 300 and more - the hotel is overpriced for the service and the room you get ⁠The beds are uncomfortable - we woke up everyday with a backache ⁠The rooms are basic - not 4 star atandard. There is no parking connected to the hotel. You need to walk quite a distance to get to their parking. The barista is arrogant and treats tourists very badly. There is noone in the reception at night. During our second night there was a bad storm which caused a power outage around midnight. By 3.00am all the hotel was still without power but the buildings around it had power. We sent a message on the whatsapp number of the hotel (the one they use to communicate with their guests) - no reply. At around 5.00am we sent another message - no reply. The electricity only returned when the employees came to work in the morning. In the mean time all guests were left without power and airconditioning. No apology from the mamagement and until today we have not received a reply to...

We have just had the most relaxing stay in this beautiful boutique hotel in San Pantaleo. It had a real family feel to it. The staff were so attentive and helpful, they gave us lots of recommendations for local markets and places to eat. We felt we were always so warmly welcomed. The food in the hotel was delicious; breakfast was included, with lots of choice, we had lunch a few times and it was light, fresh and so tasty. Plus we had dinner too one night and it was all delicious, with the option of a five course meal for €60. The setting is incredible - we had a wonderful view of the mountains. The village is incredibly pretty, with lots of shopping options and lots of restaurants too. Our room was very clean and housekeeping staff were great all week. They have lots of plans for upgrades over the winter, with a new reception and restaurant in the process of being built. We are already planning to go back...

What a beautiful new hotel this is , having only been opened since June this year|The hotel is impeccably clean and well maintained and the staff are a real joy and so happy and helpful|The location could not be better it’s right in the middle of beautiful San Panteleo, it is a great addition to this village.|The roof top bar is also a bonus and the beautiful restaurant below||Being a hotelier I really do notice everything when visiting other properties and this one really took my breath away, unassuming casual and just beautiful.|The hotel is not quite finished there will be more additions, but what they have done so far with this property is perfect|Been to San Panteleo 5 times now and this really did not disappoint |If you’re thinking of booking just do it you won’t be disappointed .||Will definitely return .|Thankyou La Suera for a...
