wow, the worst experience i had in my life. waiter was rude, should NEVER work in the restaurant industry- Antonio. scandalous behavior of people working there, zero respect for the customer. i recommend anger management therapy. due to his bad English, he didn't understand our friends and started to cursing on them- waiter sat down one of us on the stairs, where she not supposed to sit, then my other friend asked about lemon to her drink cuz was not tasty at all and this is how all this terrible experience started. Firstly, you turned two people into one, completely unlike each other. Secondly, Antonio didn't understand English and the fact that our friend explained that she UNDERSTOOD it, politely explaining that his friend allowed her to sit there – the situation defined between you as a staff. she asked about a lot of lemon, Antonio immediately being nervous, gave her half of the slice of it. she actually left with a drink and got permission to do so because no one wanted to stay there any longer. A must visit during your time in Ostuni. Sit on the steps and enjoy light food (freshly made polpette, frittata, crostini, etc) and a drink.
