McDonald's — Restaurant in Padua

I'm a bit confused of their new dessert name Mcpops because i bought 1 that's offerta that cost €1 (which is 2pcs) and then another 2 orders of Mcpops that are not offerta and it cost €1.50 per order so i ordered 2 (which is still 2pcs per order so it must be 4 pcs) and the total that i must be receiving is 6 pcs of Mcpops but then the staff ladies were talking about my order but this lady staff i heard that she's saying that my order is only 3 pcs to her colleagues but this other lady staff saying "no it must be 6pcs" so once i got my order i only received 3pcs wtf? So I went back to the staff and i asked but she didn't said anything she just said "aspetta un attimo" and i said "okay no worries" (because i was trying to be nice in here so i was expecting to receive another 3pcs but they only added 1 pcs 🤦🏻‍♂️ I know y'all gonna say its just €1.50 that i lost but its about doing right is missing here.

So i dont know if which ones fault if either their menu or the lady staff because it's clearly written into their menu that's 2pcs per order of...

The food was nothing special, normal McDonald's food, but the cleanliness of the restaurant could be better. When we ordered our food we went in a search for the tables to sit down and eat at, and we saw quite a few dirty tables, and trash under the tables themselves. But the worst part was when the order came, after we finished eating our burgers and fries, one of us ordered coffee, and they gave us a spoon. Which funny enough was dirty (hair and some crumbs.), when we asked to change it because they gave us a dirty one, they said to us "But your spoon fell off" (Like this was our fault that it was dirty) but gave a new clean spoon, also the upper floor was closed for some unknown reason. There are not many things in life you can trust, especially not the trenitalia. In a day of strikes and you needing to be somewhere a good old McDonalds was just what i needed. This one is close to train station and let me walk back and forth to find out another train got cancelled. Until i finally got one i enjoyed my stay in this McDonalds. Because one of the things you should be able to trust is McDonald’s. You know what you’ll get. I was very happy with my McFlurry. She put extra sauce which i enjoyed. Thank you!
