If I could give 0 stars for the staff I would. Very bad costumer service, pizza came not cut, I had to ask extra for the knife and fork and I had to ask around 3 times to get my cola. The waitress with black hair literally threw that pizza on my table and left before I could even say something and ask for cola which still wasn't brought to me. Lastly I ordered machiattto, ofcourse they didn't come to me I had to go to them. When I had to pay they didnt even know what I ordered. I could easily get away with all of that for only 1.50 euros. They thought I only ordered machiatto. Me, as the good person I am, I told them I ordered pizza and cola for which I didn't even get "I'm sorry" or "thank you" for being a good costumer. They all talked to themselves in the chin and looking at me like they were going to kill me which was very rude. Pizza was decent. At least something. Overall very bad experience with the staff. Classic Italians. Go here if you want to be treated like garbage. Service to the table next to me was even worse. We had dinner here and not only was the location fantastic but the food was delicious. Our waiter and staff were very attentive and had great sense of humor. Invalutabile. Richiesta una tagliata di manzo rucola e pachino al sangue. Arrivata cosi cruda che la mucca neanche era morta. Chiesto di riportarlo in cucina, mi è stata ripresentata con le fettine scottate alla piastra ormai ben cotte i pomodorini ormai cotti e rucola andata. Richiesto al proprietario di cambiare il piatto, mi stato spiegato come si cucina una tagliata. Gran bella presa in giro! Bistecca scottata, tagliata e messa a cucinare, peccato che nella prima versione non era cosi! Quindi mi è stato detto che non rimandano indietro un piatto perché il cliente non va bene la cottura!
