Would give zero stars if I could.

The old man owner is one of the most rude, obnoxious people I’ve had the misfortune of meeting. My wife and I got two gelatos, and a tiramisu. He yelled at my wife for opening the freezer to try to purchase one.

I had to say “woah woah English no Italian”. He continued to yell at us, point, shake his head, and eye roll us as we paid. I have never seen such foul behaviour he should be ashamed of himself.

There were locals around and being in a foreign country I didn’t want to get into it. I really wanted to throw our ice cream on his counter and leave.

Who treats customers like this. Retire and keep your misery to...

We arrived in Mondello a week ago and were extremely lucky to find this place on the second day. We've returned every day for the whole week. The pastries, pizza breads, coffee, prosecco are all incredible. The prosecco is just gorgeous. It seems everything is made on the premesis and the family run atmosphere is brilliant. You can just tell that they are good people. So many people working together and having fun. A+++. Our daughter had the Gelato every day. We're on holidays. I'd consider returning to Mondello for a holiday just to come here...

This gem in Mondello is away from the main strip but so worth the walk. All the gelatos are made fresh from father to son experience. The flavours of the gelato are spectacular. The owners are such warm and special people. The salt of the earth! They have beautiful pastries but I did not try them. Everything looks like they are made with fine ingredients and a lot of passion and love....
