My wife and I enjoyed the all-you-can-eat dinner at Moya! The rolls were delicious. As of 23 April 2023, the dinner cost was 27EUR per person. My wife had a small beer while I had a large one, and we shared a small mineral water. The total cost was 72EUR. We enjoyed about 13 total rolls - granted, the rolls are slightly smaller than those in the United States we are accustomed to, so it wasn't as much sushi as it sounds. We arrived shortly after the establishment opened at 1900, so we received a great table next to the window. Service was great. We ended up submitting three 'rounds' of numbers. The procedure is you receive a piece of paper on which you write the number of the item on the menu and the amount of that item, then a waiter takes the paper and submits your order into an ordering system, while then returning the paper to you for subsequent 'rounds' of ordering. Taking a pause between 2-3 rolls is excellent as you can rest a bit before continuing with more delicious sushi. This is a large restaurant and, shortly after we arrived, it was completely full - a sign that is is popular and that it has great food. We would certainly return if ever again...

I booked a table for the evening at 7:30 pm on call and then I asked the guy on the phone what the price per person would be and he said it's 15 per person. So I confirmed the booking for 6, later after the dinner instead of €90-100 they billed me 200 and when I asked they said it's 15 only in the afternoon but not in the evening. I explained what happened (I never said anything about not paying the bill) and there was a lady who behaved very rudely. Instead of at least feeling sorry for us she threatened to call the cops on me saying it's my mistake that I didn't check their website for the price. Why would I even check for the price on the website when their representative already confirmed me the price?

I didn't expect this rude behavior towards a customer, instead of at least trying to understand what the customer is trying to say or helping them she started threatening cops on me in front of other customers. This is a very bad experience and our evening was ruined by this...
