I like coming here!

Sure, it‘s not the fanciest of places, but it‘s clean, cosy, in the neighbourhood and the pizza cook is certainly child friendly, asking my little nephew the last time we visited, to join him make a pizza together, which he proudly presented and served without charging for it. It may not seem like a grand gesture to some, but for the little one it certainly meant the world in that moment.

As to the owner, he may seem grumpy, yet has always responded in a polite and professional manner towards us - be it when welcoming and fairing us goodbye, taking orders or answering questions.

As it’s a family-run restaurant afaik, it mainly serves standard dishes, so you won’t expect a gourmet level cuisine, but what you see is what you get and the lunch menu for 10€ (or maybe more in the meantime) was freshly prepared (had a seafood dish), reasonable in price and tasty.

Also tried the pizza a few times and would certainly recommend it.

Although I don’t live here, don’t speak the language and wouldn’t consider myself to a profound restaurant critic, I‘d suggest royal, if you‘re looking for a nice, unpretentious place suitable for lunch as well as family dinners (also with young kids) serving decent means at a fair price.

Son capitato qua l'anno scorso per caso e mi son trovato molto bene quindi alla prima occasione ci son tornato con mio figlio e non me siamo rimasti affatto delusi, bel ristorante molto pulito e accogliente ambiente sereno dove pranzare tranquillamente e sopratutto mangiando piatti preparati molto bene buoni ingredienti e buon servizio e da tener conto che noi abbiamo semplicemente pranzato con menù prezzo fisso a soli 10 euro mangiate primo secondo contorno con una scelta fra più pietanze diverse e poi acqua vino e caffè noi poi abbiamo preso anche il dolce e al momento di pagare non era stato segnato così lo ho fatto presente a Vincenzo in casa e lui avendo avuto piacere dell'onestà dimostrargli mi ha offerto anche l'amaro..... sicuramente quando capiterà che passo da pavia e devo pranzare o cenare non vado a cercare nessun altro ristorante e li che mi...
