I first want to say I love their product, have been going there frequently. BUT sometimes I go alone and all the girls are talking when I’m the only customer they keep ignoring me until finally one of them offers help. The gelato is great! The place was pretty busy, but they were well staffed and the line moved as fast as the customers wanted it to. No English, but it shouldn't be that big a deal for ordering gelato, and it wasn't for us. PREMESSA: la mia recensione non riguarda la qualità dei prodotti bensì la qualità del servizio. Sono stata in questa gelateria con amici (eravamo in 7). Una volta entrati siamo stati accolti con delle facce da funerale infastidite dal nostro ingresso (1/10 erano le 22:30, la chiusura del locale, secondo quanto scritto, è a mezzanotte). Metà frigorifero era vuoto perché i gusti dei gelati erano già stati tolti. I miei amici vengono serviti con la stessa felicità con cui siamo stati accolti e poi per ultima vengo servita io che chiedo gentilmente se fosse possibile avere un frappè e la ragazza si guarda con la sua collega e sbuffa (se le macchine erano state già lavate si poteva benissimo scusarsi e dire di no).
