Il lunedì di Pasqua è una giornata complicata. Gente dappertutto, perlopiù affamata e con la voglia di passare una bella giornata. Noi eravamo decisi, considerate le esperienze negative del passato, a cavarcela con un aperitivo. Possibilmente con una vista accettabile sul mare. Quindi, in pieno centro a Pescara, vediamo Sole e Luna dove un invitantissimo tavolo, praticamente sulla spiaggia e sotto un bellissimo sole, ci chiama letteralmente per prendere l'aperitivo. Mentre siamo lì, adocchiamo dei tavoli del ristorante in una posizione simile alla nostra. Praticamente sul mare, solleticati da una dolce brezza. Decidiamo quindi di rimanere a pranzo, non credendo alla fortuna che ci era toccata, dopo anni di gomitate e spinte per accaparrarsi un panino rinsecchito. Il personale gentilissimo, dopo qualche esitazione dovuta alla giornata festiva, ci consiglia per il meglio. Andiamo un po' di fretta e quindi optiamo per due scialatielli ai frutti di mare con calici di pecorino. La pasta, arriva dopo qualche abbondante minuto e devo dire che l'abbiamo trovata ottima. Indubbiamente fatta in casa, con un salsa completamente priva di gusci con tutto fresco. Veramente di buon livello. Andiamo via di malavoglia solo perché la dolce brezza nel frattempo si era trasformata in un vento freddo e noioso. Nel complesso una buona esperienza. Sicuramente prezzi non economici, ma giusti per l'ambiente e la qualità del cibo. Torneremo...

The food was really delicious. We took the scoglio pasta and the cotto et funghi pizza. The pizza didn’t have any tomato sauce but the dough and ingredients were so good you didn’t need it. The pasta was also delicious. We had a nice corner table that was cozy and fresh for the evening. The waiters were very sweet and friendly and we even got fried dough balls for free as an appetizer. 👍🏻 nice fancy but not too fancy...
