Trieste Pizza Mare — Restaurant in Pescara

After reading numerous reviews before coming here, I must say, it would be helpful for others to know what to expect beforehand. Firstly, these pizzas aren't your usual size—they're only 16cm and readily baked. To get a good sense of the quality and taste, I ordered four different flavors: stracciatella, pepperoni, quatro fromagie, and truffle burrata. I agree that most of the pizzas were a bit on the greasy side, especially the pepperoni, but it didn't bother me much. The smaller size is great because you can try out many flavors, and the service was very efficient. However, my main issue was that pizzas with fresh cheese toppings weren't warm enough because they had to sit out of the oven for some time before being topped. I believe the staff should inform customers about this before ordering. I also tried the arancini, and they were a total disaster 👎🏼, so I'd recommend avoiding...

It was an ok experience. We ordered 4 mini pizzas, but actually my favourite one was burrata. If we had only ordered that one - probably the review would sound a lot different.

Also - keep in mind we wanted vegetarian, so we looked for the ones without meat.

The other ones we had were kind of weak. Maybe the one with mushrooms was 2nd place. Im not sure tho. I didnt like the other ones, especially the one with potatoes. However, we finished everything, because we were hungry, but the burrata was the best one for sure. Also - some of them were a bit burnt on the back and way to oily (for my taste at least)

Service was great - they told us that if we order anything else besides burrata we will have to wait 15 minute, which was ok - but tbh it would have been better to have gotten 4 burratas and end the deal there 😂

I tried this place both for pizza and for the beach service.

I visited this place twice in two days and the experience was quite different. Yesterday, the pizza and the service didn’t really impress me. But today it was a completely different story - the pizza was well topped and really tasty, and the staff was very friendly and attentive. I was truly pleased today. So it seems to depend on who’s on shift, but it definitely can be a very nice spot to stop by.

As for the beach - they asked me 40€, while literally a few meters away you can get two sunbeds and a parasol for 20€. It really feels like...
