Piazza d’armi 13 — Restaurant in Peschiera del Garda

We stayed in Peschiera del Garda for a week half board at a nearby hotel. Visited here on our first night for drinks and loved the atmosphere and the service. We came back on Tuesday evening for drinks and then on Thursday for food. My husband had the Ravioli and I had the Caesar Salad and it was amazing. My husband said it was the best Ravioli he has ever eaten including in Rome and Sorrento. We enjoyed it that much we came back on our last night for more Ravioli and I had the Chicken Burger. Food again was amazing 😍 Cocktails are fantastic and the staff clearly love working here. Don’t go there.. The food looks like nothing on the menu. After we’d paid and had an confirmation from our banks, the female waitress told us we didn’t pay and had to pay it twice. We refused to do that and show the evidence of payment. She started to yell at us in her own language and made some phonecalls with her so called boss. Purtroppo una delle prime recensioni negative che scrivo. Posticino carino, che si affaccia su una piazzetta altrettanto carina e oggetto di numerose ristrutturazioni a Peschiera (abitiamo in zona, non siamo turisti). Preso nuggets di pollo, toast, hamburger e patatine. Prezzi alti, ma ci sta anche per la location carina e normalmente molto turistica. Proprio perché molto turistica, dovrebbero essere abituati a servire in velocità i clienti, invece: 30 minuti per i nuggets e il toast, 40 per l'hamburger direi che non ci stanno proprio. Soprattutto perché non c'era certo il pienone (sabato invernale a pranzo....). 2 gentili richieste alle cameriere per capire che fine avevano fatto gli ordini, rimaste nel nulla... Anche perché con 2 bambini in attesa di mangiare, se ci avessero risposto che c'era ancora molto da aspettare avremmo preso nel frattempo qualcosa di freddo o dei salatini per tamponare..
