Interesting local restaurant in Piacenza We stopped in this place by chance and even if I didn't like the welcome right away, I must admit that we had a good time and the quality of the dishes was really good, especially the choice of raw materials such as meat, cold cuts and more enjoy, the wine list ... very interesting! The mise en place is in fabric and the presentation of the dishes is good. With water and wine at the table we were struck by a sort of "focaccia" that they brought us, very high but also crunchy on the surface and by the lovely "amouse-bouche" with cream cheese, Acciga del Cantabrico and chives. ... Delicious! From the menu we chose as an appetizer a platter of cured meats accompanied by pickled vegetables (the aubergines were delicious!), For the main course a beef tartare with a reduction of mushrooms, toasted hazelnuts and chives, and a fillet of beef accompanied by its bottom with potatoes with lard and juniper (spectacular!) We got advice and chose a local wine: Sensazioni 2017, a fruity sparkling white Chardonnay from the Piacentini brothers. Give it a 6.5 out of 10. To finish the cakes and coffee. Went there and the whole experience was a little different than expected. I don’t usually eat anything with pork in it and couldn’t find anything that didn’t have pork in it. So decided to leave the place and sir somewhere else. There was nobody else except us so we left after two minutes of sitting. Pietanze sono davvero buone quello che ho preso mi è piaciuto tutto. Calici e coppe meravigliose, ottimo vino, ambiente delicato e riservato. Tuttavia il voto vero e proprio sarebbe un 3.5/ 5 perché in ristorante di questo livello non puó accontentarsi solo del bontà dei piatti. la prima stella la perdiamo a causa del servizio. I ragazzi sono giovani e gentilissimi ma ancora un po' inesperti. il cameriere che si cura del tavolo dovrebbe essere solo uno per evitare che vengano a fare 2/3/4 volte la stessa identica domanda. Altro tema che non mi ha entusiasmato è il fatto che i piatti vengano portati via quando c'è chi al tavolo sta ancora mangiando, mi sono ritrovata a finire da sola l'antipasto e a tutti i miei commensali che avevano finito prima di me avevano portato via i piatti. Non sono errori madornali ma raffinatezze che in un ristorante di questo livello meritano attenzione. Mezza stella infine la si perde per l'impiattamento. Le foto che vedete sono quelle dei piatti che ho effettivamente trovato belle e ben composte, altri piatti (come la punta di vitello) sono un po' buttati li senza cura...ed è un peccato perché avete dimostrato di essere capaci di comporre un bel piatto perché non potete farlo con tutti?
