HAt - Hamburgeria Agricola Toscana — Restaurant in Pisa

We came here for dinner. The place has a relaxing atmosphere, no loud music, very clear and light colours, even a small playground for children. Service was very kind and the waiters were eagerly available to explain the menu and hear from our requests. And the hamburgers! Oh! We think these were the best we ate (outside the U.S.), definitely. All ingredients (and all beverages! Beers and sodas alike) are local, the meat is fantastic and also the pairing between tastes in the hamburgers is well studied. I brought my international friends from South Korea, France, and USA to this place for dinner and I would say that it didn't disappoint! The ambiance of the place is impeccable and the food was really delicious and well-made! Their burgers are really worth the price as they offered flavors that you wouldn't just find elsewhere. I came here as soon as they opened years ago and I remember I thought it was probably the best hamburger I ever tried so when I went back after 3 years my expectations were very high and turned out to be ok. The bread is the classic hamburger bread and although they asked how I wanted my hamburger cooked (rare) it was almost well done. They sell local beers but their selection is ok as well .
