Worst restaurant I’ve ever been in my life!!! Not only the food but the personal working there are absolutely rude! There were a lot of mosquitos near our food, when we got rid of one, a waitress came up, put the dishes hard on the table and said that we ruined her wall. “You should be ashamed” she said. Is that really the way you talk to a guest? Maybe it was not nice to kill a mosquito that was laying near our food, but I was forced to. She could’ve just explained that it was not cool about it in a nice tone. My kid was also a little worried not only because the waitress stormed at us but because my son is allergic to mosquito bites. He gets all numb and swollen once the misquote bites him. At first, we didn’t want any conflict but once the waitress went from our table she was speaking about us to her colleagues and laughing at our faces, which is absolutely ridiculous and...

A quaint Italian restaurant located in the heart of Pisa's city center. We came across the restaurant's awards and reviews online and decided to give it a try. Honestly, it didn't quite live up to the hype. The pizzas we saw in the pictures seemed to have that authentic Neapolitan "savoir-faire" and crust, but the ones we were served fell short of our expectations. They were good, but not as exceptional as advertised online.

The prices, however, were reasonable, with a 1.5L water bottle priced at 1.5€, the Margherita at 4.5€, and the Diavola and Prosciutto cotto e funghi at 6€ each. Yet, we felt let down by the quality of the pizzas.

On the bright side, the service was excellent. The staff were cheerful and had warm smiles throughout, which made the overall experience enjoyable. We might consider returning for a quick bite, but for a dinner experience, we may explore...

the restaurant was not on the way of my pisa itinerary, but the food was so good that i went back the day after for more. the dishes were packed with so much flavor, the most flavor i had in europe (with all due respect). the pizzas and calzone were soft and crispy in all the right places. the "spicy" dishes weren't in any way spicy, spiced in better words, but the flavor totally balanced out that disappointment in the best way possible. the pizzas were 6-7€ which is very affordable in my opinion, and they offered 12€ VERY tasty 3 course meals that varied by day. vegan options available, and they were very tasty according to my (vegan) relative. the service was quick and the chef would personally check on us every once and a while. pleasant dining experience whether we were sitting outside or inside. menus were available in different languages as well, which is...

This was off the beaten path, but not too far. It looked unassuming from the outside and was kind of hard to find. We saw the outdoor seating first...opposite of the restaurant entrance. Within 5 minutes we were seated inside. It was a small place...obviously popular with the locals. The food was awesome with large portions and super fresh. I docked the atmosphere because it was small and loud, but was exactly what were we're looking for. Authentic locals food. They have you use your phone to order food which was a little clumsy and frustrating for a guy that doesn't really like to use technology, but after I struggled through the appetizer order, the rest of it was actually pretty straightforward. The meat and cheese platter was an impressive spread and the metro pizza was huge and fed 3 hungry boys with no problem. I would definitely go back!
