We were disappointed by this restaurant. It looks good, cute hanging chair, etc. But the food was lacking and so was the service! People where not smiling and not caring at all - very standard food - basically we would have got the same in Canada in a mall… I order the platter of meat/olives/cheese. The image was showing prosciutto and they didn’t give us any, they gave us canned olives and canned mushroom… like come on!! The cheese was standard cut cheese like you get at a supermarket. We also got a panini and it was the most generic panini we got after a week in Italy. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere, not worth your money… standard food you can get everywhere in the world. Very sad for a restaurant so close to a true Italian...
Read moreWORST FOOD & SERVICE EVER!!!! the service was bad; our waitress was beyond rude; she tried very hard to ignore us until I stood up and asked (very politely) if we could order. The chicken was awful....it was cheap imitation chicken and looked nothing like the photo on their menu board. There was 3 of us and all of our food arrived about 20 mins apart from each other. In fact my son ordered chips with his chicken and they arrived 10-15 mins apart with the chips arriving last and then they had to be returned as they weren't even cooked properly Avoid this place at all costs! I'm from Ireland and if the service and food was this bad, the restaurant wouldn't last their first...

Although the service was fast and friendly and the interior of the restaurant looked clean and modern, the food was a real deal breaker. The salad looked and tasted like a pre-packaged supermarket product. Pizza Romana we ordered left a similar impression and what was supposed to be mozzarella had nothing in common with cheese (how is that even possible?). The pricing is moderate, but the fact that the food is inedible, makes the price-quality ratio really bad. At least the bottled beer was cold enough, so...
