Diversamente dalle volte precedenti, quest'ultima esperienza da Osaka è stata disastrosa. Ho prenotato un tavolo per 2 pax alle 21.00 sabato scorso. La persona che ci ha accompagnato al tavolo ha sbagliato ad inserire il nostro tavolo sul tablet. Risultato? Il tavolo al nostro fianco riceveva il nostro cibo. Dopo circa 30 min di attesa ci siamo resi conto che forse c'era un problema. Abbiamo chiesto ad un cameriere di aiutarci. La proprietaria è corsa subito da noi, ha resettato il nostro ordine e si è scusata. Peccato però che le portate da noi ordinate in precedenza continuava ad arrivare al tavolo affianco. Nonostante avessimo più volte detto al personale che ormai non volevamo più le pietanze ordinate in precedenza, esse continuavano ad arrivare. Nessuno del personale ha riconosciuto il problema. Il tavolo al nostro fianco ci passava il cibo ordinato in precedenta che dopo 1 ora arrivava. Nessuno si è scusato. Abbiamo mangiato ad intermittenza per ca 1h fino alle 22.45, quando ci è stato detto che alle 23 la cucina avrebbe chiuso. Abbiamo fatto presente che avevamo fatto l'ultimo ordine già alle 22.30. Ancora una volta, nessuno se ne è preoccupato. Il nostro ultimo ordine è arrivato alle 23 circa. Ormai non avevamo più fame. In poche parole abbiamo mangiato qualche piatto passato dal tavolo affianco e qualche piatto freddo che è arrivato dopo 1 ora. Peccato. What a horrible place this is. The bright neon ✨️ lights give the restaurant the wrong vibe...it feels more you are entering a nightclub, not a sushi restaurant. The smell of the place and the odor of the servers is so unpleasant that it is hard to enjoy the food. The music was soooooo loud despite the quality of the singer. Das Ambiente ist ganz schön. Wir wurden zum Tisch gebracht ohne Reservierung und uns kurz die Bedienung erklärt für die Bestellung auf Englisch. Wir sind Vegetarier / Veganer, minimalste Auswahl ist noch zu viel gesagt, da selbst an den Nudeln und Reis ohne Hinweis auf der Karte, Eier dazu gegeben werden.
Die Gläser hatten alle Wasserränder und der Plastikteller wertete das Interieur auch nicht auf. Der Roboter wurde von Mal zu Mal schmutziger und uns wurde das Essen von Mal zu Mal mehr hingeschmissen als serviert.
Englische Kommunikation ging so, erst nach dem 3. Mal wurde endlich verstanden, das wir Wasabi und scharfe Sauce wollten. Sollte normalerweise Standard sein, bei dem Japaner ist das nicht so.
Das Essen war echt nicht seinen Preis wert, ein bisschen was aus dem Tiefkühler zu holen und gefroren zu servieren, das ist echt kein Zeichen von Qualität sondern Massenabfertigung.
Das Dessert für Italien, eine Blamage auf ganzer Linie, alles Instant. Ich kenne viel viel besser, gerade aus Italien.
Wir hatten kein AYCE, Der Tee war ok und die alkoholfreien Getränke auch, allerdings sah die Minze siehe Bild auch schon mal besser aus.
Als Touristen kann ich als Fazit sagen, wer kein Interesse an der Qualität des Essen und dem Kundenumgang hat, ist hier richtig.
Keine Empfehlung, es geht soviel besser und echter.
Als Fazit müssen wir jetzt Magentabletten nehmen.
