Steak House — Restaurant in Pozzuoli

To our 5th wedding anniversary we went to this restaurant. The opening hours on google map says opening 17:00. i know it is unlikely so we just went 18:40 and had to wait outside for 20 minutes. They open at 19:00 like the rest, needs to correct hours. The host was a nice guy, he offered us to wait at the bar. Bar? It was a place on the street with some chips on the display and alcohol but nobody there to serve. We finally got to our seat and ordered drinks. The red wine came out of the refrigerator in a carafe. We asked to change and get us room temperature red wine. She gave us a look but went and brought us another cold red wine. This time only one glas and nothing for me. My napkin had dry stains on it and that was the last thing I wanted to accept so we got up and my husband asked what we owe for the water and my daughters juice. He took 5€ from us instead of apologising for the dirty napkin and 2 times of cold red wine. They had enough time to get the wine out of the fridge before opening the restaurant. I am sorry to give this review, the reaction of the host and his daughter was not acceptable, we were the only guests there. What would happen if the restaurant was full. It has a very nice interior and looks cozy but service...

Today we had the best experience of our trip to Italy. We arrived at a restaurant, which is located near the thermal pools. It was not supposed to be open at that time, but the chef invited and served us - he opened the restaurant for our family! The choice of meat steaks was wide, the preparation was amazing (really perfectly cooked meat). We ate Argentinian entrecote and T-bone. The children ate the most delicious pasta Carbonara, which, like the meat, was cooked perfectly. The chef served us local sausage, beans with olives, bread with olive oil and even pizza! We haven't had such good food in a long time. I would also like to note that the chef, who not only cooked for us, but also served us, was the nicest and most helpful person we met during our trip to Italy. I highly recommend to visit this restaurant! Great combination when visiting...
