Ozne Guinness Pub — Restaurant in Prato

I had a mixed feeling about this place. Maybe it’s good for beer, but not for aperitivo, as there are no nibbles offered. At the same time Spritz there was really well made, so it is a shame. Also, we tried to order Nachos, but after a while we’ve been told that they cannot cook them for us now, so we won’t get them. I still wonder why Nachos had to be cooked. Also, the bartender told us that we have to go inside to collect our drinks, but at the same time, once he finished preparing them, he went outside to hang around there. Why he couldn’t bring them with him is also a mystery for me. So, thumbs up for great spritz, but thumbs down for disappointing...

Last night was my first visit - it is a great little place for a night cap! I was treated like family as soon as I walked in! At midnight it was my birthday and Chiara got everyone there to sing happy birthday it was an amazing start to my birthday! The entire staff was amazing! The music was great and the beers were delicious and strong! I would highly recommend as a comfortable place to meet...

Racconto la mia ultima esperienza: entro, inizio serata, due soli clienti,(tre con me) serviti con calma, entra un loro amico che saluta e chiede una birra passandomi palesemente avanti, ma ci può stare, arriva finalmente il mio turno dopo quasi 10 minuti, mi spillano la birra, sembra fatta ma chi dovrebbe servirmela pensa bene di lasciarla sulla griglia dello spillatore appena dietro al bancone e dirigersi nel retrobottega, aspetto altri 2/3 min, nessuna traccia del/della banconista, non resisto, decido di sporgermi e prendere la Mia birra, ovviamente già pagata, il caso vuole che il suddetto o la suddetta rientri in quell' istante redarguendomi in malo modo, provo a spiegare la situazione con diplomazia, mi viene risposto " la birra la bevi quando decido di servirtela". Non aggiungo altro, non metto una o due stelle, perché non è giusto basarsi sull' operato di una persona per giudicare un locale comunque carino nel complesso, ma da me non vedranno più un euro.
