Squisio Cocktails & Burgers — Restaurant in Prato

Horrible experience! We went there for a Birthday party of a friend. We were about 20 people. Food was a huge disappointment. I heard from a friend that the food was not that bad on the regular day. I just think that they were not used to cook for these many people at that the same time. All burgers were all 'well done' despite all our orders were rare and medium rare. They were so so so so dry. The cheese or egg in the burgers were not helping, we have to down the half glass of beer to push it down. I love burgers and I like to try gourmet burgers, but the burger items in the menu are just regular things you might find everywhere. The buns are not that fresh either.

The restaurant is centrally located. My boyfriend and I had a dinner here on a winter night. We both had burgers: a vegan gluten free option for me and a chicken burger + chicken nuggets for my boyfriend. The only one thing I didn't like is that both my burger and fries came slitly warm, not hot. Except for this small down side, both burgers were good and tasty. The good parts:

The Beyond burger was an actual Beyond burger, not the kind of watered down version that is sometimes sold where they mix it with tasteless textured soy protein. If you like Beyond meat, you will enjoy the burger.

The service was excellent. They were very welcoming and accommodating.

The cons:

16.4 eur for a basic burger with a small portion of fries seems a little expensive to me
