Esperienza terribile, avevamo effettuato la prenotazione tramite Booking, ma causa errore abbiamo dovuto cancellare l’ordine sotto consiglio di una persona che lavora nella struttura, dicendo che ci avrebbe fatto lui la prenotazione della stessa camera manualmente. Sfortunatamente quando siamo arrivati (dopo 3 ore di viaggio) ci è stato comunicato che la nostra camera in realtà non era stata segnata sul loro calendario bensì solo la disdetta fatta al telefono. Ci siamo quindi trovati a dover andare in un’altra struttura ( l’unica disponibile visto che eravamo già qui) e spendere più di 150€ di quello che si era preventivato. Per rimediare si sono offerti di farci lasciare la macchina nel loro parcheggio gratuitamente, peccato che il cancello non si chiudeva e quindi l’auto non sarebbe stata in una zona custodita....
