Pizzeria Martina — Restaurant in Pustertal - Val Pusteria

Cold welcome and unkind service by the head waiter, who showed us to the table. It took some time for someone to appear and take the order - happened again to be the head waiter. Behavior on the border of disrespectful, basically trying to get us to leave without saying that. On the other hand, the person who brought us drinks (I’m assuming a regular waiter) was very kind and this is the only reason we stayed to have them. Drinks were okay but it just so happens that everything tastes better when you are not harassed to leave. Payment taken by the head waiter, again not too kind. Went to have the dinner somewhere else, best decision...

The Google rating is a mystery... This "restaurant" is a real tourist trap which has nothing to do with real Italian food !  The ultra-salty pizzas are just a joke and all the rest, let's not even talk about it... As it was the case for us, you risk being served not at the same time and therefore not being able to eat all together.  Cheery on the cake, if you don't speak German or Italian, you won't be offered a menu in English.  For those who are not satisfied with disgusting "food", this place is...

I recently visited Martina and I have to say, it was an incredible experience. The pasta, pizza, winer schnitezel were absolutely delicious. Tiramisu was one of the best I have ever in my life!

However, what truly made this visit unforgettable was the atmosphere. It was warm, welcoming, and had such a cozy vibe. I felt right at home.
