There are so many restaurants in Puglia, it's not often you find one that's worth driving to just to visit that one restaurant. Scinua is definitely worth a detour! The food is simple yet at the same time, a work of art. The chef can create world-class dishes with only four ingredients on the plate. The U'ndondr is worthy of a Michelin star all on its own. You'll find yourself wanting to try everything on the menu. The service is friendly and extremely helpful; our wine recommendation was spot on. Am absolutely wonderful experience. Scinuá is definitely one of the best restaurants in Puglia. Putignano is a beautiful little town but it’s true heart lies in Scinuá’s kitchen. A menu inspired solely by local ingredients, each dish is perfectly thought of and made with so much pride and respect for the pugliese cuisine. We had the tasting of the local’s ingredients and then a picanha, everything was beyond our expectations. From the bread and olive oil or the quality of the meat, each bite was exquisite. We had obtained a supertip Michaela, the owner of B & B Terra Magica to have dinner with you. We were very warmly welcomed by a young team. The entire menu was explained to us in English in great detail in terms of flavors and ingredients. Now our expectations were high. The starter was a hit, consisting of many and flavorful dishes. Afterwards came the main course, equally high level of sophistication, all with a nice Susumaniello. A dessert was actually no more, but we have persuaded us anyway.
