Perhaps the best sandwich I’ve ever had - I could eat these for the rest of my life. The owner is absolutely fantastic, incredibly friendly, happy and made us feel very welcome. His wife makes the special, local bread and the sandwich fillings are divine. My partner had the current special which was beautifully slow cooked beef, and I went for a traditional dried pork with sun dried tomatoes, honey etc. the cannolo were also beautiful (the small cannolo were the perfect size) and the espresso was great too.

Hands down the best cannoli I have ever had in my life: crispy shell, perfectly sweetened ricotta, and just the right touch of toasted almond and pistachio. Absolute perfection. The owners were incredibly warm and welcoming, and you can tell every detail is made with love. If you're anywhere near Ragusa Ibla, do yourself a favor and stop here. This place is an absolute gem! It was 3 o'clock and we had spent ages looking for somewhere to have a bite to eat. Everything was closed, and then we spotted some lights across the square...and found this place. It is run by two lovely, smiling people who make you feel so special and so welcome. They take great pride in their food and rightly so. An artisan pannini made just for you with love and pride....
