One of the best piadina tasting experience in this stretch of coast. The piadina itself is soft and tasty, and the filling is very rich. They have a garden behind, nicely equipped, where you can stop if you're not looking for a take-away: beware of mosquitoes, but this you know you have to expect, in the area, you're less than 100m from a swamp. They have a better than average collection of beers to choose from, comparing to other piadina sellers around who just have two or three at best (they should just introduce some craft bottles and they would be close to perfection). The personnel is super-nice with that genuine local attitude that is lovely - if you have experience with the area you know what I mean. Tipico chiosco romagnolo dove gustare le specialità a base di piadina come piadine farcite, crescioni e rotolini. I condimenti abbracciano un po tutta la tradizione classica. Salumi. Formaggi. Verdure cotte e crude e anche pesce con le classiche alici proposte sia in versione marinata che alla piastra. La piadina è del genere romagnolo classico cioè di spessore medio ovvero non troppo sottile (stile riminese) ne troppo grosso. La cottura è perfetta. La qualità delle materie prime è quella giusta. Dispone di un ampio prato con tavoli e sedie dove consumare i pasti anche se la prossimità di strade a grande traffico (soprattutto in estate) disturba un po'.
