I visited Caffè & Bistrot Piazza Leopardi with my family to buy some ice cream, but unfortunately had a very negative experience. An older man at the till was aggressive and visibly impatient with me, especially as I don’t speak Italian. His attitude made me feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Great bar located in the very centre Of the town just in front of the municipal palace. The interiors are well designed and built and the staff is welcoming. They produce good ice cream or, if you fancy a drink, there is the possibility of choosing among a great variety of cocktails, some of them quite original. Siamo andati a cena domenica scorsa con gli amici.. un vero disastro.. servizio disastroso, l’ordine lo ha presso il titolare sbagliando.. arrivati patatine e mozzarella per condividere prima delle pizze abbiamo chiesto più de tre volte piatti e bicchiere per l’acqua a niente.. e questo non è stato il peggio.. ma sentite il titolare trattate malissimo a le cameriere.. “vi ammazzo”.. non sapete fare niente.. sbagliate tutto.. mi la fatte o pagare..” e tutto questo davanti i clienti.. una vergogna. Arrivato il momento di pagare siamo andati dentro e il conto era sbagliato.. 14€ Per 4 pizze, calice di vino, acque, patatine, mozzarella.. siamo onesti e abbiamo detto al ragazzo tutto quello che avevamo mangiato e ci ha fatto il conto correttamente.
