La Bottega del Villaggio — Restaurant in Recanati

First there is not much to choose from. Even though we ordered normal things, quite much was out. we ordered an antipsti that they didnt have, we ordered a main food that they didnt have either and if that wasnt enough the desert wasnt there. The people there were not that friendly and we waited a lot. To our order for the desert we got a simple „no“ as an answer. So we chose different stuff (after 10minutes he came and we got the dessert we wanted). The risotto was pretty good and as antipasti the melted cheese was nice too. But as a main food the lasagna was way too small and that for 10€. Overall the prizes are quite high but the restaurant has a sweet ambiente.

So if you have a good amount of money and are not that picky what food you want, or you can decide quick for something else, you can go there. The food...

Se i cani non sono accetti, basta segnalarlo. Nessuno, non a due, non a quattro zampe, ha piacere a stare in un posto che già a 30'' dall'ingresso si rivela ostile. Sono stata in questo posto a pranzo cercando ristoro col mio cane di taglia medio-piccola dai 30° esterni. Mi è stata servita dell'acqua, e contestualmente ho chiesto al proprietario se potessi avere anche una ciotolina per il mio cane. "sì ma gliela servo fuori" Deve essere stato il caldo a farmi accettare un trattamento simile. Ho liberato il cane che avevo già assicurato al tavolo e ho seguito il proprietario che ha riposto una vaschetta su un tombino rovente sulla strada. Ovviamente il mio cane non si è nemmeno immaginato di berla, costretto sui sampietrini infuocati, e siamo tornati dentro. Ho mangiato il più velocemente possibile la mia degustazione di salumi e formaggi, che per quantità non valeva assolutamente 15€, e ho chiesto il conto. Nel frattempo il proprietario stava fermo in piedi accanto al mio tavolo (credo di essermi sentita così l'ultima volta alla mensa della scuola materna quando le suore portavano la minestra e controllavano che mangiassimo) o tamburellava in giro per la sala. Nello scontrino, non ci potevo credere, c'erano 2 voci battute come bevande. La mia acqua minerale, 2€, e 1€ per l'acqua nella vaschetta usa e getta che il mio cane, ancora una volta rivelatosi più assennato di me, si è rifiutato di bere. (no, non può essere che semplicemente non aveva sete) Se i cani non sono benvenuti, non c'è bisogno di dare spiegazioni o rendere spiacevole una esperienza. Basta mettere un cartello, o dirlo a voce. In 3 anni di esperienze insieme al mio cane, dal sud al nord Italia, in Svizzera, in Germania, in Francia, mai avuto un trattamento...

The restaurant is very charming, on a cobbled street with tables outside. We sat inside which was also amazing, the service was good, the food was delicious and everything was made with fresh local produce. There were good wine options and the price was very fair. The only point of improvement from my point of view is that the menu of the day is given by the waitress and is not printed on any menu, unfortunately my memory is bad and this makes decision time more difficult, but this does not diminish the quality of the service. restaurant....
