First of all, I would like to start by saying that our waitress never offered the daily specials. When we saw other people order items that were not on the menu, we asked the waiter and he said that it should’ve been offered before ordering and he apologized. Secondly, the seats riding in front of their counter are positioned in such a way that they don’t leave much room for the staff to walk by from the kitchen to the tables with their plates as they keep banging against the seats of the customers. Also, they have a bad habit of letting people stand right in front of the counter right in that area where there is a very narrow space ans already mentioned above and therefore they block the staff completely from passing through! Lastly, I found the owner or actually co-owner to be quite rude and unprofessional to debate the quality of a side dish that was not cooked well and not edible, by insisting that it was actually fine, but probably not to my liking, so instead of being apologetic about the mishap he decided to be rude. He could’ve simply not mention anything if he didn’t want to apologies. But unfortunately, this is what you get in a lot of places in Italy, especially in this region as they’re known for their rudeness.Quite disconcerting to act that way, especially when you are the owner. Dal Zeneize con patate, fagiolini e Pesto Genovese Dop, all'Amatriciano, con guanciale Dop pecorino romano e salsa di pomodoro. Tutto fatto rigorosamente Homemade. Aperto da poco, si presenta come un fast food essenziale e pulito. In realtà non solo hamburger, ma carni piemontesi eccellenti proposte in diverse maniere (magnifico per esempio I tre crudi: albese, tartare al coltello e salsiccia cruda di Bra). E da poco anche una scelta di primi fuori menu: strepitosi taglierini ai porcini freschi, assaggiati la scorsa settimana. Ottimo il rapporto prezzo/qualità. A mezzogiorno grande hamburger squisito, vere patate fritte e birra (o calice di vino o altre bibita a 10 euro). Diverse etichette di vino, serviti tutti alle giuste temperature.
