OkiNawa — Restaurant in Rimini

If you plan to spend your evening at the restaurant, or 3 hours, you have come across the right one!

We arrived at 9:10 p.m., after an hour and a half, we only received three dishes out of 15!!!

My spouse asked several times, where it was and that we were in a hurry! It changed absolutely nothing, we were told that they were going to see in the kitchen, I think it was empty words!

At the kitchen level, it is difficult to evaluate when we have only been able to taste a few dishes!

I can guarantee you that you have time to digest your poor 4 sushi while your second dish arrives...

Even more annoying when you see that other tables where customers arrived well after you, are served BEFORE YOU and SEVERAL TIMES before your eyes! While you are just waiting for a waitress to see you desperately raising your hand.

Premetto che ho una famiglia nel settore della ristorazione e so benissimo che il sabato è difficoltoso e i tempi di attesa sono più lunghi rispetto agli altri giorni tuttavia siamo a un livello scandaloso che rasenta quasi il ridicolo. Già all'arrivo (nonostante la prenotazione fatta con larga anticipo) abbiamo dovuto lo stesso aspettare più di 15 Min in piedi, si presume che una prenotazione imponga che un tavolo ti venga riservato, tuttavia non finisce qui l'esperienza negativa e a tratti grottesca. Non so se i camerieri fossero alla prima esperienza ma credo che dopo la 12° volta che passi davanti a un tavolo riesci a memorizzare il numero ma evidentemente mi sbagliavo in quanto continuavo a girare a zonzo per il ristorante senza capire dove portare i piatti, dovevamo essere noi clienti (che ormai avevamo Imparato con un'efficenza migliore la disperazione della sala) ad indicare il tavolo giusto. I piatti, quando arrivavano, arrivavano con dei tempi di attesa che in confronto il tempo di sviluppare gta6 (13 anni circa) risultava irrisorio. Mezz'ora per tagliare 6 pezzettini di salmone crudo...nello stesso tempo facevo prima ad andare a comprarlo a un supermercato, tagliarlo e ritornare al ristorante. Il risultato è che dopo 2 ore e qualcosa sono arrivati 6 piatti, forse ¼ dell' ordine totale. La proprietaria, la quale con molta probabilità non sa cosa significa fare ristorazione e saper trattare i clienti, quando ci siamo alzati pretendeva dovessimo lo stesso pagare il prezzo intero dell' all' you can eat. Alla fine siamo riusciti a pagare solo il coperto tra gli insulti della proprietaria. La cosa che mi rincuora è che c'erano diversi tavoli che si sono alzati prematuramente. Sconsigliatissimo andate a mangiare al ristorante sotto che è molto meglio e...

Unfinished dinner ! On the restaurant iPad at our table we received a notification "in 30 the kitchen will close", when in reality the kitchen was closed already. (It closed at 11pm) We couldn't receive the last plates we ordered, therefore we didn't eat all we wanted to eat. Not only did we not receive any discount for this, but the waiters and the owner didn't seem to care.
