Scoperto grazie ad amici, quasi due anni fa, è stato una gran bella sorpresa. Non colpisce appena si entra, dà quasi l’idea di essere un locale troppo piccolo. Col tempo invece si apprezza il fatto che sia un posto dove cercare intimità o dedicarsi del tempo. Volendo far due chiacchiere con degli amici, può essere il posto perfetto. Ci si sente quasi a casa al tavolo di Bancovino. L’accoglienza di chi lo gestisce o di Paolo, l’anima del locale, ogni sera lì con il suo essere molto professionale soprattutto nell’indirizzarti nella scelta del vino più adatto a uno dei piatti della serata, è gentile e cordiale. Elevata la qualità delle materie prime e la presentazione dei piatti proposti. Una scelta certamente azzeccata. Una volta provato, sicuramente ci si torna.

Excellent food and cocktails. Ettore is a brilliant barman! and all the staff including the chefs really provide a top notch service. They also have a great selection of wines and change their menu on a daily basis. went here for a glass of wine after visiting the vatican. the bartender, Ludovica, if I am not mistaken offered us her take on the Spritz. It was fresh, delicious and quenched our thirst.
