The worst food and service I have ever had. I have ordered a slice of pizza in the kiosk and I was waiting 15 minutes for nothing. I approached the cashier and showed her my receipt and asked how long do I have to wait for a slice of pizza but it occurred she couldn’t speak English and tried to ask me in Italian if I wanted it warm or not… the pizza tasted awful 🤮 moreover why do you have the kiosks in front of the restaurant if customers have to go to the counter and ask...

You order from a side kiosk next to the restaurant. The lights are on, it looks open and the screen let's you order and pay. Then you go to the desk and see in small letters on the screen that they open at 11am to 6pm. Tried asking around the airport but no way for a refund but the staff at the restaurant next door (Lavazza) were kind enough to honour our receipt and give us what...

Very dirty tables and rude staff. Pizza was smelling bad and the oven was looking like nobody was cleaning it since forever. When we asked about stuffing people over there started screaming at us and acting unprofessional. The worst place where we were in Italy!

P.S. They didn’t even deserve 1 star but unfortunately we can’t put 0 as...
