I understand that working in an airport can be stressful and overwhelming, but that is no excuse to treat customers horribly. Today I was waiting in line to purchase a water bottle. There was one line for two cashiers. When it was my turn to order, I stepped forward to the cashier on my right and was met with a bald man with glasses. He spoke to me aggressively and then spoke to a woman further down from me. They started to speak in Italian, which I am not perfectly fluent in, but I got the message. He and the woman were saying very cruel things about me. He said that I "cut" in line when I clearly did not. I was in line just like all the other customers and the woman he was speaking to was about a good 8 feet behind me. If she was in line, I had no idea.
