We waited nearly 30 minutes just to have our order taken, and received our food after nearly an hour. Another group of customers (that arrived after us) had their order taken instantly and were served within minutes (must have been friends of the owner?). In other words, when they got their food, we hadn't even had the chance to order drinks yet, much less our actual meals. It makes no sense that a relatively expensive restaurant for Roman standards (22-25 euros for a "secondo" meat dish) has only 1 waiter/waitress serving the entire restaurant on a holiday weekend. Other than that, the food was good and the waitress was kind, but given the prices I expect better service and more than one person serving the entire (and full) restaurant. Either that or...

Everything felt very fresh and tasted excellent. Calamari had a bit less flour than most which we really liked (it was the best we had during the trip). Really nice thick burger patty.
All pasta dishes were very flavorful as well.
Only downside is it is a bit off the city center. Even so I’d love to visit...
