Dropped-in for lunch, the fried cheese and rice balls appetizers were delicious, crispy shell covering melted cheese and intensely flavorful rice in the center. For the primi, the orchetti with crispy bacon, asparagus and a light cream sauce was super yummy, and the roasted spare ribs for the secondi was tender with a smoky flavor. We happen to walk nearby by chance and wow this is the best homemade pasta we have eaten during my few days in rome. Could not found a better pasta shop, even those tiktok popular pasta places couldn’t win this 😆 really love the lemon ravioli. Adam and Viviana were incredible hosts and the real deal when it comes to traditional Italian pasta and cuisine . We came from Rome central to Ostia Antica because of the incredible things we heard, and they did not let us down with their freshly made pasta (daily in house) and the most incredible dishes of chicken and seafood.
