Dumpling Bar Lab — Restaurant in Rome

So I ordered rice with vegetables and grilled pork dumplings for dinner. I was the only customer but waited outside for half hour. The guy who took my order totally forgot about it so the food was just sitting in a bag behind him. (I only realized this when I asked him if my order was ready.) He was so busy chatting with his other 2 colleagues and they were on their phones watching some videos. I could tell because of the high sound volume. I was eating the dumplings at home when I noticed that the meat stuffing was a bit raw and extremely oily. The veggie toppings on my rice was so overcooked it looked like it was very old. Anche a Roma ora c'è. E benché di aspetto più rustico, e piccolo, rispetto a quello che provai a via Paolo Sarpi (Chinatown di Milano), l'offerta è più ampia. Ravioli alla griglia o al vapore Ravioli di impasto differenziato. Svariati tipi di ripieno. Poca l'attesa. Scelta differenziata.

Molti i pro.

I contro: Come Milano, non è un locale, è un laboratorio con vista strada e vendita diretta. Poi li mangiate in piedi. E la zona in quel punto non offre angolini o panchine. La cottura è rapida e non sempre perfetta. (Nulla di drammatico sia chiaro)

Probabili contro: Differenti ravioli, hanno colori sgargianti, direi che usano coloranti alimentari, non è male in se ne sono vietati, ma diciamo che PERSONALMENTE trovo la cosa un po' artificiosa. (Banalmente tollero i colori artificiali...

Quando ha aperto faceva degli ottimi lamian da asporto e ravioli di livello. Or amo so cosa sia cambiato ma ho ordinato lamian e mi hanno dato udon secchi e tutti azzeccati nel contenitore compostabili. I ravioli erano tanto impasto e ripieno di scarsa quantità e qualità. Ci sono rimasta...
